Steve Douglass came to the ministry after graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. Through more than four decades of service, he has held a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President and Director of U.S. Ministries. In July 2001, Douglass took over as the President of Campus Crusade for Christ International from founder Bill Bright. Along with his wife Judy, Steve resides in Orlando, Florida. They have three married children and six grandchildren.

For the past 25 years, Julie has been a visionary strategist and communication specialist. After graduating with a degree in journalism from Boston University, she landed the highly competitive job as an NBC Page in New York City, the same year she became a follower of Christ through the ministry of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. She spent 13 years as a start-up team builder with Priority Associates, a ministry of CRU, and helped launch Revolve, a national tour and conference for teenage girls which attracted over 38,000 attendees in its first season. She currently serves as VP of Messaging for Generous Giving and gives leadership to Women Doing Well, a ministry of Generous Giving. Julie and her husband, Gary, live in Richmond, Virginia, with their daughter, Ella.

Jimmy Seibert is the founder and senior pastor of Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas and serves as the president of Antioch Ministries International (AMI) – the church-planting missions organization of the church. With a firm biblical foundation, a pioneering spirit and a commitment to reproducible community, Jimmy’s leadership has guided Antioch, its 70 national and international church plants and its many affiliated ministries for almost 30 years. Jimmy Seibert is the author of Passion & Purpose. He and his wife Laura have been married more than 30 years and have authored the book Parenting Without Regret, which was released in 2016.

In 1984, he transitioned his career focus from business to ministry and founded Priority Living, a faith-based organization serving businessmen and women in the marketplace. In 1997, he launched The Master’s Program (TMP), a unique three-year graduate level mentoring experience that helps leaders to explore, expose and exploit their unique Kingdom calling.
